Monique Tunsill is a devoted mother of five wonderful children, a wife, and a dedicated REALTOR® native of Jacksonville. She is committed to serving others and helping them achieve their real estate goals. Before entering the real estate field, Monique served in the United States Armed Forces and worked for the Department of Defense. She received awards recognizing her excellence in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and comprehensive approach to completing tasks. She managed programs valued at over fifteen million dollars for aircraft components and two hundred and fifty thousand dollars for building maintenance, while also fulfilling ongoing equipment needs for service members.

Monique continues her service as a Parent Leader in the Duval County Public School System and as a volunteer in local churches and organizations like Northeast Florida Women Veterans. She is passionate about mentoring youth, promoting self-love, and assisting military women in finding homes.

With multiple certifications, including Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Commitment To Excellence (C2EX), Monique has an extensive understanding of the industry. This enables her to focus purposefully on the selling and buying processes, particularly serving military females.
